Overview:
Gibbon Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, has an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk at our Gibbon, Nebraska plant.

As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you will:
- Assist purchasing department with matching purchase orders to receiving and invoicing and reconciling any differences.
- Code correct general ledger account numbers on each invoice along with due dates.
- Enter invoices into A/P system and generate payments of checks, wires and inter-company payments.
- Process raw material purchases and payments.
- Work with corporate office to set up new vendors.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Generate reports as needed.
- Assist with month end closing.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to analyze data and use logic to solve problems.
- Must be able to learn and navigate multiple computer systems.
- Must be proficient in typing, Microsoft Excel, and ten-key calculator.
- Must have organizational, Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills.
- Must have the ability to work well as a team in a fast-paced office environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s Degree.
