Job Description


Position Overview
The Accounts Payable Administrative Clerk provides administrative support to the Accounts Payable Team at the local branch.

Essential Job Functions
Receive all invoices and ensure that invoices include key points of information.
Enter invoices in AveannaCare to ensure there are funds in each account to process payment
Request payment accordingly
Notify families/branch support if there are issues with invoices or procurement requests.
Review and maintain P-Card Statements
Ensure that vendors have completed Vendor Enrollment forms and W9 documents and have submitted the required licenses before processing
Handle all vendor correspondence via phone or email in a timely manner
Perform other duties as required to support the SDP team.
Act as liaison between Accounts Payable and the branch location(s)

Requirements
Must have at least a High School Diploma and/or College Courses
Must have at least 1 year of accounts payable administrative work experience
Great verbal and written communication
Must have experience working in a high volume and high paced environment
Must have Word Document and intermediate excel skills
Must have strong attention to detail, ensuring that the correct invoices amounts are processed each time
Must be a team player, flexible and open to change
Other Skills/Abilities
Must be able to adhere to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times
Bilingual
