Job Title: Account Payable/Title Clerk at RV Dealership Location: New Castle, IN Walnut Ridge Family RV Sales is family-owned and operated. We have been in business for 27 years and have been the number one Fifth Wheel dealer in Indiana for 21 years. Walnut Ridge has been named a Top 50 Dealer in North America by RV Business for 8 consecutive years. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Title Clerk to join our team at our RV dealership. As an Accounts Payable/Title Clerk, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable transactions and maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions related to the dealership. Responsibilities:
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Sort and match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
- Enter invoices into accounting system
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment issues and discrepancies
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Process title and registration paperwork for RV sales
- Keep track of all title and registration requirements
- Proven working experience as an Accounts Payable/Title Clerk
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience working in the automotive or RV dealership industry preferred
