Job Description
Job Summary: Urban Engineers is seeking qualified individuals in the Philadelphia Office to join the Accounting Department as our Accounting Assistant. This position will provide support to our accounting department. Responsibilities
- Input Vendor and subconsultant invoices for processing.
- Scan and digitally file all vendor and subconsultant invoices.
- Generate and enter daily cash deposits.
- Review employee expense reports to ensure appropriate back is provided.
- Additional tasks as needed.
- High school diploma
- Bachelor s degree in accounting is preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in accounting
- High level of knowledge in MS Excel
- Organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
