- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.40 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)
- Answering incoming phones
- Entering sales orders
- Invoicing orders after they have shipped (we will train on our pretty user-friendly accounting software)
- Cash receipts/remote bank deposit
- Light bookkeeping
- Accounting reports (working in Word and Excel)
- Ordering office supplies
- Clerical support as needed
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting
- 2+ years of customer service/admin
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
