Remote Accounting Analyst (Contractor)

Headquartered in Brisbane, CA, CareDx, Inc. is a leading precision medicine solutions company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of clinically differentiated, high-value healthcare solutions for transplant patients and caregivers. CareDx offers products, testing services, and digital healthcare solutions along the pre- and post-transplant patient journey, and is the leading provider of genomics-based information for transplant patients.

The Remote Accounting Analyst (Contractor) will be responsible for validating reports from multiple systems and validating discrepancies, as well as supporting projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Validate system generated reports to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Identify and investigate discrepancies and follow up for resolution
• Provide support for internal and external audits, as needed
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks, as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred:

• Experience with SOX controls and NetSuite is preferred
