As an Account Management Trainee, you'll have a vital part in the effectiveness of our sales and community outreach initiatives by working directly with people to educate and inform them of the services they need most. Your Role as an Account Management Trainee:

Execute promotional sales campaigns directly to customers in order to build our customer base Collaborate with the sales and Entry Level Assistant Manager teams to create effective campaigns that promote our wireless services and make a difference in the community Analyze customer interactions and take note of any market trends to stay ahead of the competition on any changes that could affect our business strategies Thoroughly explain the pricing, promotions, and sales process Work with other Entry Level Assistant Managers to develop leadership skills and help train new team members Engage with the community directly to develop a deeper understanding of the customers wants, issues, and needs
