You'll learn to connect with business clients at a high level, define the distinct value of our solutions, and roll out promotional programs that boost awareness and acquisition. Your rotational immersion spans sales management, business operations, and specialized customer care--giving you a full campaign view without needing night vision goggles.

Role Requirements for a Management Trainee

Learn and apply AT&T Business messaging strategies to support client engagement, product positioning, and campaign execution across retail and business channels. Assist in presenting wireless, fiber, and bundled solutions with clarity--highlighting scalability, reliability, and long-term value for business clients. Support promotional setups, signage placement, and inventory flow to maintain campaign visibility and ensure product accessibility. Shadow experienced team members to understand business engagement techniques, sales conversion workflows, and AT&T Business execution standards. Document client feedback and campaign observations to support performance analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to align with campaign goals and accelerate leadership development.
