The Workforce Specialist is responsible for applying workforce knowledge to analyze call and workload data, identify trends, and recommend data-driven staffing strategies. This position requires regular schedule adjustments based on operational needs and requests from operations leaders. Through collaborative engagement, the specialist ensures optimal personnel allocation in line with service level agreements.

Workforce Management Operations

  • Maintain and resolve and teammate schedule requests and ACD updates, ensuring accurate and timely adjustments based on operational requirements.
  • Monitor intra-day reporting and alert leadership with updates and action recommendations.
  • Participate in weekly strategy meetings with operations leadership, providing insights on performance, productivity, and future workforce requirements.
  • Independently manage workload and promptly respond to requests submitted via intake form or email.
Data Analysis & Forecast Support
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
  • Assist the Workforce Analyst in understanding and using monthly and long-range staffing forecasts.
  • Maintain and develop reports and analytics to support business needs and identify recurring trends.
Interdepartmental Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including IT, Telecom, Training, Reporting, and Analytics, to ensure cohesive execution of shared objectives.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors as needed for efficient system operation and maintenance.
