Where We Need You:

The Business Performance Improvement team is seeking a Manager to join our growing team.

What You Can Expect:

Managers partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide best in class advice and solutions. Managers strive to develop lasting relationships with client personnel and seek to further these relationships through quality product delivery. The goal of the manager is to understand their client\xe2\x80\x99s business and demonstrate technical competence in their solution and industry. Managers are developing contacts within the business community and serve as ambassadors of Protiviti in the market.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

Expertise in core HR process areas such as compensation, succession planning, total rewards/benefits, leadership assessment and development, talent acquisition strategy, and onboarding, DEIB advisory, performance management.

Strong experience in payroll administration and system implementation. Kronos experience strongly preferred.

Strong organizational skills, prioritization skills, time management skills and ability to undertake multiple engagements simultaneously at any given time.

An understanding for process analysis and assessments as well as development of process flows and future state roadmaps. Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills, strong ability to work with complex and detailed data to drive insights and decisions.

Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries

Working knowledge of transformation, organizational change management with a focus on end-to-end efficiency improvements.

Knowledge of payroll, payroll systems, HRIS, and data management strongly preferred.

Knowledge of process improvement, business transformation and vendor selection processes/negotiations.

Knowledge of HR compliance related to employee documents, record retention, risk remediation and policy and procedures

Experience managing large and complex budget, with overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, quality, and productivity. To include managing a large and complex operation, including administration of policies and procedures, operating structure, and information flow across multiple delivery channels.

Ability to apply technical knowledge to add value to client deliverables as a means of build lasting relationships

Mentoring and advising junior staff.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from accredited university in relevant academic area or equivalent relevant work experience .

5+ years working in Human Capital Consulting, Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, or related field, either in professional services or industry.

Strong PowerPoint skillsets, with the ability to present to clients for business proposals

Strong Excel skillsets, with the ability to create budgets for multiple client workstreams

Passion for thought leadership development preferred

Professional Certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM SCP, PMP or similar strongly preferred.
