clinical experience in women's health (WHNP certification required) A passion for menopause care, preventative health, and patient education Excellent clinical judgement and communication skills A desire to work collaboratively with a team of seasoned providers

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to woman across the lifespan Conduct comprehensive well-woman exams, including screenings, education, and counseling Diagnose and manage common and complex gynecologic conditions Provide care and guidance for patient's navigation perimenopause and menopause including hormone therapy Collaborate with patients to develop Individualized care plans focused on prevention and wellness Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate Manage prescription medications, including hormone therapies and contraceptives Partner with physicians and fellow providers to coordinate care and ensure continuity Educate patients on topics such as reproductive health, contraception, lifestyle, and disease prevention Maintain accurate and through documentation in the electronic health record system Participate in team meetings and quality improvement efforts Stay current on best practices in women's health and continuing education requirements
