What you'll do

Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly attitude. Prepare food items according to our high standards of quality and safety, adhering to all food handling guidelines. Operate Toast (POS) systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience and boost sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, following all health regulations. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or a fast-food restaurant is preferred, showcasing your culinary skills and customer service expertise. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus, enabling you to handle transactions seamlessly. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications. Knowledge of food safety practices, including proper food handling techniques and sanitation standards. A passion for serving others, coupled with excellent communication skills to engage positively with customers.
