Qualification/Responsibilities:
Preferred Long Term Care experience Answer phone, take messages, and direct calls Fill in for standard M-F receptionist as needed Greet and directs visitors and vendors to the proper area by name when possible Ensures work area, reception area, and the main entrance is kept neat and clean Complete clerical work such as; typing, filing, sorting and distributing mail; as needed Handles outgoing mail accurately, and timely
Shift & Wage:
Part-Time Shift Needed: Every Saturday and Sunday 10am-4pm
