Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Weekend

Customer Service Assistant

to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations, ensuring exceptional service to our customers, and assisting in the coordination between departments. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Customer Service Managers with daily operational tasks Provide support to the Front Office team as needed Coordinate and communicate customer requests, deliveries, and issue resolution Assist the Production Team with customer-related needs Perform general front-office duties and maintain accurate customer communications Facilitate a smooth and efficient workflow between departments

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service or administrative support preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams Flexible and available to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills

Physical Demands:

Primary work in an office/production environment Ability to move within the workspace, sit for extended periods, and respond to verbal and written cues Manual dexterity to operate standard office and production equipment Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs

Work Schedule:

Full Time Hours Required to work during weekends and/or Holidays, 2 days off on the weekdays. On-call availability after business hours
