Overview: The PTC Web Team is looking for a seasoned Web Project Manager to manage day-to-day project activities and deliverables, oversee project management policies and processes, and collaborate with other department leaders to coordinate web projects and programs. This role is responsible for ensuring on-time and error-free delivery of web marketing projects. The ideal candidate has a marketing background and demonstrable experience with the end-to-end process of building and maintaining websites, insight into digital marketing principles, and a proven background in project management. This role will come to understand the business and objectives of the site and can assess and manage risks, anticipate and help resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs with technical constraints. Your Role:

  • Monitor and facilitate Web Team\xe2\x80\x99s work across functions (design, development, QA, production, etc.).
  • Transform business and technical requirements into implementation plans.
  • Pursue project output speed and quality by ensuring strong requirements upfront and comprehensive testing throughout in order to deliver efficiency and quality to the stakeholders.
  • Prepare and facilitate stakeholder and internal project meetings; prepare presentation decks as required.
  • Plan for and control quality by reviewing items before delivery to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, files, standards, and templates.
  • Communicate priorities, track progress, and coordinate across functions to ensure project milestones are completed on time.
  • Participate in stand-up meetings.
  • Anticipate potential project challenges.
  • Help define project scope, shape consistent work paths, and bring clarity to evolving processes.
  • Facilitate department planning and integration with cross-functional planning, including project kick-offs, discovery meetings, stakeholder reviews, meeting agendas and notes, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to scope projects, define processes and milestones, and ensure we are on track to the required release date.
  • Oversee web translation activities, including vendor relations.
Your Experience :
  • Proven experience working on Web projects.
  • Track record for planning, executing, and closing Web projects and the ability to manage a project and its components simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience of managing the complete lifecycle of a project.
  • Knowledge of project management using Agile methodology (in Jira).
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining web project and program plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies.
  • Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment.
  • Knowledge of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management and resource planning.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations.
  • Diplomatic ability to influence others at multiple levels of the business.
  • Ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions.
  • Experience with Sitecore CMS a plus.
  • Scrum Master certification a plus.
