Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management (GS PFM): Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management (GS PFM) specializes in creating personalized wealth management plans for affluent individuals and families. We give clients clarity, confidence and control over their financial decisions. Our dedicated team of advisors across approximately 100 offices throughout the U.S., develops and implements personalized plans tailored to each client\'s values and life goals. Our advisors offer an investment platform inclusive of products and services offered by Goldman Sachs and other third parties, including private banking and lending offerings. Summary The primary function of this position is to provide more sophisticated and comprehensive support to the Investment Professionals (IP), and IP client accounts. This may include preparation of specialized reports, resolving complex issues, insuring proper execution of client and Account Manager instructions, and responding to clients and Account Managers on investment related issues.
Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive analysis and support for client investment accounts.
• Facilitate and execute transactions in accordance with client and IP instructions and consistent with internal policies and procedures.
• Prepare meeting materials and create customized reports to address client needs as required by the IP and/or the client.
• Oversee the establishment of client files in accordance with required guidelines.
• Resolve time sensitive client service or trading related issues, including complex situations.
• Be technically competent to explain investment related issues.
• Responding to questions from clients, Ayco Account Managers and their teams relating to IP client accounts.
• When assigned, speak with clients on account performance, objectives and any additional transactional needs. Follow-up directly with clients on any open issues or questions.
• Obtain and provide research on investment products from available resources including PWM Desktop, Ayco Investment Planning Group, Goldman Sachs Investment Services Group and any available hard copy references as directed.
• Perform any and all additional duties as assigned by the Senior Vice President and/or Ayco PWM Management team.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required
• Graduate degree or certification preferred
• Series 7 & 66 required within 6 months
• Minimum 3-5 years of client service or investment account related experience required
• Comprehensive knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, alternative investments and financial markets preferred
• Must have demonstrated the ability to be detail-oriented, self-motivated and capable of working in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (ex. Outlook, Excel and Word)
