Role and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Support lead advisor with clients \xc2\xb7 Handle certain client relationships independently \xc2\xb7 Lead in answering routine client questions \xc2\xb7 Manage $50M+ 401(k) book of business \xc2\xb7 Completes investment research, investment recommendation analysis and proposal generation \xc2\xb7 Participates in client meetings; takes notes and delegates follow up activities \xc2\xb7 Supports the preparation for client meetings \xc2\xb7 Supports Practice Manager in the running of the practice \xc2\xb7 Builds rapport with clients \xc2\xb7 Performs ongoing fact-finding to uncover organic growth opportunities, multi-generational opportunities and important personal information \xc2\xb7 Assists in maintaining a compliant practice \xc2\xb7 Makes outgoing client courtesy calls \xc2\xb7 Compiles and analyzes client data to develop financial plans \xc2\xb7 Provide back up support to all team members when necessary \xc2\xb7 Maintains defined system flows and CRM systems \xc2\xb7 Update client info as necessary in CRM to ensure integrity of database \xc2\xb7 Handle various client requests \xc2\xb7 Ensure clients receive the proper level of reach out and communication from the office \xc2\xb7 Handles complex issues and problems \xc2\xb7 Ensure clients are receiving a best in class experience from the firm \xc2\xb7 Supports special projects as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,000.00 per year Benefits:
