Start on hourly pay while you train, then move to commission once you hit our benchmark goals for service mastery, speed, and client retention. If you're passionate about waxing, obsessed with people, and thrive in a team-centered space, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Provide professional waxing services (brows, Brazilians, underarms, and more)
Build trust and rapport with clients
Maintain a clean and welcoming work area
Show up prepared, positive, and on-time
Participate in model days, trainings, and weekly growth check-ins
Compensation Structure:
Training Period: Hourly pay plus tips
After Training (Level 2+): Commission-base pay with hourly guarantee
Earning Potential by Level:
Level 1: Up to $35/Hour (including tips)
Level 2: Up to $55/Hour (including tips)
Level 3: Up to $65/Hour (plus tips)
You'll start with a guaranteed hourly wage while you train, and once promoted to Level 2, you'll earn commission with an hourly safety net- so you're always protected!
Requirements:
Valid esthetics or cosmetology license
Friendly, punctual, detail-oriented
Coachable and comfortable giving/receiving feedback
