Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator provides technical assistance to the ADS Sales and Engineered Products Teams, to aid in managing quoting, project tracking, ordering, and coordination of pre-cast vaults and manholes required for ADS Water Quality projects.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the quoting, project tracking, ordering, and coordination of pre-cast vaults and manholes required for ADS Water Quality projects for designated territory
  • Coordinate Quote requests between Sales and Engineering
  • Coordinate Engineering Service Request between Sales and Engineering
  • Request quotes to vendors for precast structure, frame and covers and other parts for BaySaver Products
  • Coordinates fabrication drawings with vendors
  • Coordinates products deliveries with customers
  • Pricing and tracking resale water quality products
  • Review precast quotes against shop drawings and designs for accuracy
  • Review design and layout of BaySaver systems
Job Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office platform
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Advanced decision making ability
  • Familiar with CRM/Salesforce or similar software
Educational Requirements:
  • 2 or 4 year college degree
  • 2-4 years work experience in construction industry, customer service, or project management/coordination
Preferred Experience:
  • PMP or CAPM Certificate
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to visit construction sites
