Water Aerobics Instructor (Evenings & Mondays), Jim & Heather Gills Branch

Description:

The Jim & Heather Gills YMCA in St. Petersburg, FL, is seeking a dynamic Water Aerobics Instructor to lead engaging water exercise classes. This role focuses on instructing participants using proper form and technique to promote fitness in a fun and supportive environment.

Requirements:

Ability to work evenings & Mondays. Current certification in aerobics and/or water aerobics, or prior experience leading water aerobics classes. CPR/AED/Oxygen Administration certification preferred. Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and perspectives. A natural ability to build rapport and inspire others. Commitment to upholding the YMCA's core values. Successful candidates must pass a background check and drug test.

Pay & Perks:

$22-$25 per class, based on experience. Free individual YMCA membership and discount for family.
