Your Impact:

Jacobs is seeking a highly motivated Wastewater Project Manager to join our team in Fayetteville, AR. You will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of this dynamic project including profit and loss, permit compliance, process control, health and safety, quality, internal/external reporting, and employee supervision and management including staffing, compensation, training, performance management and workforce development. Working with other members of our team you will build and maintain positive business and customer relationships, and be responsible for the planning, organization, operations, maintenance and improvement of the facility. You will also be responsible for implementing health and safety policy and procedures and maintaining the operation process control including compliance with regulatory agencies.

This position oversees the operations, maintenance, biosolids management, SCADA and office management supervisors as well as the laboratory, environmental specialist, special projects specialist, and the IPP coordinator.

The project consists of the Noland and West Side WRRF\xe2\x80\x99s, the Biosolids Management Site, the Woolsey Wet Prairie Sanctuary, 38 lift stations, and SCADA operation of 28 water tank and booster sites.

It is located in Northwest Arkansas in the Ozark Hills and home to the University of Arkansas and a number of Fortune 500 companies.

**This position also performs the project management role for the satellite Berryville WW Plant project.

**Qualifications Required: Review carefully. Candidate hired must match all quals listed

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 5 plus years of experience in the wastewater segment with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Experience working with, overseeing, and developing other employees and supervisors
  • Experience developing budgets, tracking actual expenditures vs budget and variance reporting
  • Experience in written and oral presentations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
  • Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with no major infractions
Ideally, You\'ll Also Have:
  • College degree in a technical or business discipline
  • Arkansas Wastewater Level 4 Certification or ability to obtain through reciprocity within 6 months
  • Experience with DMS and CMMS
  • Experience with SCADA systems
  • Capable of working independently and maintaining an orderly schedule
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of the facility to be managed
  • Demonstrated interpersonal relations and personnel management skills
  • Expected to reside within 30 miles of the Fayetteville project
