Description:

The job of the parts customer service representative exists to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to warranty inquiries, concerns and requests about company products and services; provides administrative support to the parts manager/department; additionally assists in other miscellaneous duties/projects.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED

• Prior Experience: Customer service representative (5 years) in any industry (auto parts/auto truck knowledge a plus)

• Computer Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MAS200, Data entry

• Technical Skills: Typing speed of 45 wpm, proficient in MS Excel and MAS200

• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Parts automotive aftermarket

• Preferred: Bilingual, English and Spanish
