QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and driving record that meets company insurability standards.
• Associate degree or five years of experience in this position or as service writer preferred.

LIFE AT HUNTER:

• Process completed invoices sent from all branches for reimbursement from OEM\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Review completed invoices to determine if all charges were applied. Some charges incurred may be, but are not limited to, labor hours, parts, oil, antifreeze, or sublets.
• Become proficient in coding claims according to vendor requirements.
• Enter warranty repair information into the Warranty Management Database System.
• Be the liaison between the sending location and the OEM.
• Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
• Process the credit statements and send to accounting for posting in a timely manner.
• Provide clerical assistance to parts and service departments (making phone calls, filing, faxing, etc.).
• Work with department manager to keep abreast of new products and services offered, their features and value, and any changes in procedures.
• Other duties as assigned as needed
