Temporary Wall Systems is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Technician / Shop Associate to support our field installation and sales team. This role is critical to keeping jobs running smoothly by ensuring materials, trucks, and inventory are clean, organized, and ready for deployment.

This is a physical, detail-oriented position ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying organized, and taking pride in well-run operations.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, inspect, and prep modular wall panels and doors after return from job sites

Perform basic mechanical repairs (panels, frames, doors, hardware, locks, hinges) identified and fix

Organize and maintain warehouse inventory

Load panels and components on carts for upcoming jobs

Clean out and organize company trucks

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
Requirements

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs regularly

Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools Organized and detail-oriented (this role supports time-sensitive installs) Dependable and punctual -- field crews rely on your prep work Comfortable working in a warehouse/shop environment
Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in warehouse, construction, or mechanical work

Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained) Familiarity with staging materials, carts, and job prep for field crews
