We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Smoke Shop Associate to join our team! You must be available for closing shifts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to successfully meet the daily sales quota.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
Process transactions, handle cash, and manage returns or exchanges.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail preferred but not required.
Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell products.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math.
