Position: Warehouse Support 3 Location: 104 Annonce St Lafayette, LA - 70507 Duration: 6 Months Description: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for receiving, storing, inventorying, picking, packing and shipping products, materials, tools, supplies, equipment and parts, in the pick-pack distribution area aided by the use of powered industrial forklift equipment. \xc2\xb7 This position will involve general warehouse assignments to include, but not limited to, moving product into appropriate slotting within the warehouse. Pick Pack/Active Area: The position involves very general warehouse work. Operator will be picking smaller parts and/or packing product into cartons to be shipped. Must have attention to detail. Computer skills required. knowledge of SAP recommended. \xc2\xb7 General Office Support, keeping supply inventory, local vendor invoices, general Administrative support as needed. Distribution of mail and phone calls/messages. \xc2\xb7 Sales and Operational support as needed. \xc2\xb7 Individual expected to perform broad range of varying tasks and issues, in related field of work. Issues and problems arising needs accountable addressing and solution by incumbent. Non-routine inquiries and issues occur regularily and need to be solved instantly, with a certain degree of authority and bindingness towards (internal and external) customers.
