Description:

They are seeking a candidate to help support manufacturing by prepping documents and labels for the batch process to run more smoothly. They are going to be a liaison between the QA/QC departments and production/warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible to follow all applicable SOPs and WI\'s at all the times.

• Responsible to follow the principle of GMP to the best of their ability at all times

• Work between warehouse, production and office to coordinate batch record process/.

• Ensure the inventory checking activity is conducted when needed.

• Process material receiving and distributing activities for production use.

• Ensure material balance is aligned with the data transfer in inventory system to implement material control.

- assisting with helping to prep documents for batch records, they are helping to update reports and correct forms.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Shipping and Receiving concepts in a distribution environment for both Domestic and International markets.

• Minimum 2 years\' experience in logistics and distribution environment.

• Knowledge of warehouse and inventory concepts in a distribution environment preferred.

• Experience working in an FDA regulated business.

• Computer literate - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Experience on ERP system, SAP experience preferred

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; college degree preferred. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to degree or combination of training and experience may be acceptable.

May need to use a pallet jack. NO NEED for Forklift experience. They only have a pallet jack. Mostly using computer and liaison between production and qc/qa.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 45 pounds.

they are seeking someone with warehouse clerk experience. Previous batch records or sop, gmp experience a plus.
