What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do

• Lead and manage the Mortgage Servicing functions including customer service, collections, default management, bankruptcy, mortgage disposition, Investor reporting, remittance and reconciliation. Ensure compliance with all required timelines.
• Train staff, implement processes and ensure procedures are updated for all new investor, regulatory, insurer and guarantor requirements/changes. Cultivate and develop talent within the team to support growth and expansion.
• Work closely with internal business partners such as compliance, internal audit, quality control and risk and respond timely to all reviews/audits.
• Analyze processes and workflows to enhance efficiencies, timeliness and delegation of duties.

Requirements

• 5-7 years directly related experience

• Strong managerial and leadership development skills

• In-depth knowledge of investor servicing/default servicing requirement including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and USDA

• Experience with oversight of investor reporting and reconciliation process including scheduled/scheduled, scheduled/actual and actual/actual

• Third party sub servicer oversight experience a plus

• FIS experience a plus

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
