Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive volunteer recruitment strategies, including campus recruitment initiatives and outreach. Manage the entire volunteer lifecycle--from onboarding, training, and development to recognition--ensuring volunteers are well-equipped and motivated. Supervise volunteer teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to maximize their contributions and ensure high-quality service delivery. Coordinate volunteer schedules, assignments, and activities to align with organizational needs and project goals. Utilize donor management software to track volunteer data, engagement metrics, and program outcomes accurately. Organize training sessions, workshops, and development programs to enhance volunteers' skills in social work, public speaking, and leadership. Foster positive relationships with volunteers through regular communication, appreciation events, and social media engagement to showcase their achievements. Collaborate with internal teams on outreach efforts for community engagement and promote volunteer opportunities across various channels. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety standards while supervising volunteers in diverse settings.

Experience

Proven experience in volunteer management or social work with a strong background in supervising teams. Demonstrated success in recruitment campaigns or similar outreach initiatives. Skilled in tracking and maintaining data for reporting purposes. Excellent public speaking abilities with experience delivering training or presentations to diverse audiences. Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop volunteers effectively. Background in social work or community service projects is highly desirable. Leadership qualities combined with excellent organizational skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
