Overview of Position This position will be critical to the success of each project in support of the project management and field services teams. The Voice Deployment Manager will play a key role in carrying out the vision of the project as it was specifically engineered and ensure timely success of the field services team by providing remote support for onsite configurations, troubleshooting and implementation guidance. What You\'ll Own

• Review Statement of Work (SOW) prepared by engineering team and discuss with assigned Field Ops team members.
• Prep, test, and bench configure voice systems according to the sold design. (Includes managing accounts, launching/imaging servers, activation of equipment, opening tickets, mediating acquisition of Voice ware Licenses).
• Ensure all inventory on the BOM for a project is accounted for before it ships out.
• Aid in supporting the team on our AWS account and self-educate and find improvements on our utilization of AWS.
• Write and update manuals on all new equipment and processes.
• Provide feedback to improve our processes (building scripts/templates, improving security and QOS, etc)
• Design, Plan and execute an action plan for solution implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and project budget success.
• Verification on FUSE workspace for Project is created, updated with project details and ready for deployment phase.
• Partner with Field Ops team members to update FUSE deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Daily check in with field ops team for any needs/challenges/direction.
• Provide remote support for on-site technicians from start to completion.
• Daily updates to the Project Manager on status or possible needs for change orders.
• Update project notes in CRM as well as project deployment stages.
• First line of defense for any technical escalation/needs.
• Provide feedback to Engineering teams on engineered solutions and any areas of opportunity or refinement.
• Perform quality audit on installation to ensure 100% compliance with Groove and industry standards.
• Other duties as assigned by Department leadership

Experience and skills you\'ll have

• Networking and VoIP experience.
• Understanding of the OSI model and TCP/IP.
• Understanding of telecom tools and equipment.
• Understanding and maintaining network services such as DNS, DHCP, electronic mail, LDAP directories VLANs and QoS
• Upgrading systems including PBXs, IP Platforms, Voice Mail Systems and applications to include but not limited to Unified Messaging, Collaboration tools, etc
• Experience with Linux.
• Experience with AWS.
• Understanding of security best practices.
