We are currently hiring in the US, with the exception of New York, Hawaii, California and Washington.

Job Functions:
  • Deliver the highest level of administrative support, task management, and customer service to our clients
  • Attend and notate weekly planning and accountability calls
  • Support multiple clients, personalities, deadlines, and priorities throughout the day
  • Proactively build and manage deep, long-term relationships with our clients and act as their trusted resource and support asset
  • Must be able to toggle daily between multiple clients and a diverse set of projects
  • Enhance our client\'s effectiveness by helping to identify ways to make their businesses operate more efficiently and help free up their time via delegation strategies by utilizing our Delegate Methodology
  • Assist in keeping the client focused and organized on key business initiatives and goals
  • Maintain an understanding of the nuances of each client\'s needs and manage the flow of work that the organization provides for a client
  • Create processes for inbox, scheduling, project management, delegation strategy, action plans, and action plan progression
  • Responsible for all oversight of client time/usage
  • Represents the Delegate brand according to the guidelines and mission established

Key Job Duties:
  • Achieves clients\' objectives by helping to implement productivity plans, delivers work that is of the highest quality, meets customer-service standards; helps resolve problems; executes tasks in a timely way as assigned
  • Conserves clients\' time by reaching out to the team, reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information
  • First and last line of defense for making sure work is completed/submitted to clients with an A+ standard
  • Maintains clients\xe2\x80\x99 confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Achieves customer service objectives by contributing recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Maximizes clients\' operational performance by providing helpful resources and technical advice; resolving problems; disseminating tasks, and designing new techniques;
  • Manages projects and tasks and ensures timely, quality delivery of work to our clients
  • Host weekly planning/accountability calls with clients, oversee work of teammates including process audits, submits weekly wrap reports
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in team building activities, commitment to continuing education opportunities related to our industry
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in teams and available throughout the day during normal business hours.

Key Competencies Skills/Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct hands-on experience in a role related to executive assistance and administration

Demonstrated abilities in:

  • Relationship/customer service management; specifically building long-term relationships.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/365
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (formerly Google Suite)
  • Microsoft Office and internet savvy
  • Proficient with video conferencing (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
  • Must have own computer with antivirus software and office high-speed internet connection
  • Must be fully available M-F from 9 am - 5 pm
