Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Vinyl Manager to oversee our vinyl operations.

Reports to Warehouse Manager, Operations Mangager, General Manager

Accountable for:

Load Team in warehouse and tent crew that is not in the field.

Keeping inventory organized to be sent out and on return.

Ensuring that all inventory is accounted for on delivery and return.

Job Duties:

Vinyl Staging/Prep

Keeping vinyl staged or tagged in bins for the next 10 days.

Washing, grading, and fixing all tent vinyl

Keeping logs of what has been washed.

Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing equipment.

Communicating with crew managers to make sure wet vinyl is processed first.

Communicating with crew managers about any damaged vinyl.

Uphold company safety standards and ensure appropriate safety procedures.

Being a team player

Working Conditions:

Must be able to stand and be physically active for hours at a time.

Outdoors in all weather conditions, indoors for some installations

Some Night/ Weekend work required.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED is preferred but NOT a requirement.

Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs over significant distances.

Valid driver's license, clean driving record preferred, but not necessary.

Some Night/Weekend Required.

Problem Solver

Strong Attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

Construction or other outdoor field Crew leader/foreman experience

Three months tent installation experience is a plus.

Bi-lingual/Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.

Work Authorization Requirements

Section 1 of Federal From I-9

Acceptable documents authorized by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services proving identity and employment authorization.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
