Overview
We are seeking a skilled
videographer/camera operator
to capture cinematic shots for a narrative short film. This project is visually driven, with a strong emphasis onstorytelling through lighting, movement, and mood
.The ideal candidate has experience filming
dramatic, high-stakes scenes
and can collaborate closely with the director to bring a clear creative vision to life. Candidates must also have access toportable LED lighting equipment

Responsibilities:
Operate camera equipment to capture clean, cinematic footage. Set up and manage
lighting
, ensuring proper tone and mood for each scene. Work closely with the director to execute the storyboard and shot list. Assist with framing, composition, and scene preparation for visual storytelling. Organize and transfer footage at the end of each shoot day. Maintain a professional and collaborative atmosphere on set.Requirements:
Proven experience in narrative or commercial filming (portfolio required). Strong understanding of
cinematic lighting techniques
and camera movement.Access to portable LED lighting gear
to create dynamic and flexible setups. Knowledge of framing, composition, and color theory. Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work on a tight schedule.Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.28 - $30.44 per hour
Expected hours: 6 per week
