We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Video Editor Assistant to join our creative team on a contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the post-production process, assisting with video editing, photo editing, motion graphics, and content creation across various multimedia projects. Responsibilities Include:

Proficiency in sound design, mixing, and color correction

Ability to effectively edit with provided footage

Managing media assets and archiving company projects

Requirements:

Knowledge of DSLR cameras and camcorders

Adept in various editing platforms such as: Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, etc.

Knowledge on FTP, and file compression

Proficient with Mac OS

Ability to organize

Comfortable handling multiple projects at a time

Comfortable with deadlines and high pressure work environment around deadlines

Bachelor's degree Journalism, Media Arts, Film or related field preferred but not required.

A/V, IT, Motion Graphics and Website Development are a plus.

- YOU MUST BE BASED IN ALBUQUERQUE, NM.

- YOU MUST HAVE TWO YEARS OF ADOBE PREMIER EDITING.

Job Types: Freelance, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week

Experience:

Adobe Premiere: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
