Vice President

to oversee operations and drive company growth. SSNW provides armed and unarmed security, patrol, dispatching, alarm installation, maritime AT/FP, and remote monitoring services to local, state, and federal clients across multiple states.


The ideal candidate is a proven executive leader with a deep understanding of corporate operations, acquisitions, security services, and innovation through the integration of technology.

Key Responsibilities

Report to the President and CEO daily. Oversee Sales, Human Resources, Contracting, Compliance, Operations, Alarm, Accounting, IT, and Payroll Departments. Lead company-wide operational strategy, compliance, and performance management. Manage multi-state contracts, licensing, and insurance renewals. Ensure financial integrity, efficiency, and long-term sustainability. Represent SSNW in executive meetings, client engagements, and industry events. Must reside within 45 minutes of SSNW Headquarters in Sequim, WA. This is an in-person position reporting to HQ daily.

Qualifications

10+ years of executive or senior leadership experience

in operations, service industry, or security management.

Direct experience managing 600-1,000 employees

across multiple states, locations, and or divisions. Strong understanding of corporate finance, contract law, labor law, and multi-state regulatory compliance. Strong background in AI technology and software development is a plus. A bachelor's or master's degree is preferred, though not mandatory. Experience in the security field or law enforcement/military is a plus. Proven record of leadership, accountability, and professional integrity. Experience working with ADP and scheduling software applications. Must pass criminal history check, drug testing, good driving record, and sign NDA

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary:

$195,000 - $225,000 annually DOE

$25,000 signing bonus

Up to $20,000 in relocation reimbursement (if needed)
