In this transformative role, lead our Utah hospitality operations in Summit County, overseeing owner relations, association management, operations, sales & marketing, and financial performance. Collaborate with the COO and executive team to drive strategic objectives and identify growth opportunities. Focus on business development within Utah, analyzing leads and supporting initial analysis for Executive Committee review. Key Responsiblities:

Team Leadership

  • Hands-on leadership during Utah division\'s early growth, embracing a versatile mindset in team management and projects.
  • Demonstrates and upholds East West Hospitality\'s Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • Utilizes collaborative and transparent communication for effective leadership.
  • Builds trust through honesty and integrity, setting an example for all.
  • Clearly communicates company and divisional strategic goals in a motivating manner.
Stakeholder Support
  • Advises the COO and Executive Committee on operating and association issues.
  • Aligns operations with shared services for overall success and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Communicates transparently with key stakeholders, driving desired behaviors and ensuring effective and timely communication.
Essentials
  • Adopts a proactive approach for effective team management and project oversight.
  • Provides mentorship, resources, and support for team success.
  • Manages recruitment, training, and succession planning for consistent service excellence.
  • Engages with Board Members, facilitates meetings, and negotiates agreements.
  • Supports strategic planning, operational improvements, and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong process optimization, organizational, and attention to detail abilities.
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration with operational leaders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning organization-specific software systems.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of five years of regional, senior level experience in association and property management
  • Must be a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) preferred or working towards.
