Responsibilities:

- Participate in the supervision of the junior resources of the M&A team in NY

- Interact with the Head pf North Americas M&A, Head of GIB Americas and Head Office

- Lead the local execution of M&A assignments from American clients or from foreign clients regarding transactions in the Americas

- Participate in and supervise the production of commercial presentations to originate M&A mandates

- Conduct sophisticated financial and structuring analysis

- Present commercial presentations to clients

Detect business opportunities and exchange with prospects and clients in relation to such opportunities

Salary range: $230,000 - $240,000
