Job Description
Sale Creek Veterinary Services is looking to add a Veterinary Receptionist to our team! We are looking for a positive and motivated person that enjoys helping animals and their humans.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering the phones
-Acting as a liaison between our clients and doctors/techs
-Scheduling appointments
-Collecting payment
-Greeting clients as they walk into the clinic
-Accurately recording client and patient information
-Other clerical duties
The ideal candidate will:
-Be good at multitasking
-Have a positive attitude
-Have excellent communication skills
-Work well with others
-Be reliable
-Have good computer skills
-Be available as needed
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-At least 1-year experience in a customer service environment
-At least 1-year experience in Veterinary Medicine is preferred but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
