POSITION OVERVIEW

Veterinary receptionist are responsible for assisting clients and patients throughout the day to ensure a positive and productive visit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Check in and schedule appointments for clients Process payments Answer and process client phone calls and text messages Keeps all areas of the hospital clean and neat and fully stocked Provide compassion and empathy to our clients and patients

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

Understand and carry out oral and written directions Strong work ethic for a self-starter who can work as part of a team Maintain pleasant and cooperative relationships with clients and other employees Genuinely enjoy working with animals even when they are ill or in pain
