Job Description

Now hiring for our brand new Veterinary Hospital in Coweta! We are looking to add highly-motivated, detail-oriented members to our team. Full-time team members average 38 hours per week. Part-time is also available. New team members will train with our hospital staff in Broken Arrow.

Hospital hours - Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 7:45 am to 12:30 pm. Closed Sunday.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in/out guests Scheduling appointments Collecting payments and accounting for cash drawer Cleaning the hospital Answering multi-line phone system Completing outgoing appointment confirmation calls and daily calls to check on the status of ill and post-surgical patients Filing, faxing, and scanning documents Providing exceptional customer service Contributing to the hospital's positive, professional atmosphere
Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Superior attention to detail Punctuality and Dependability Self-motivation Ability to communicate effectively Ability to work well as a member of a team Previous veterinary experience is preferred but not required
