What We're Looking For:
A
Veterinary Practice Manager
who:
Brings leadership, compassion, and a drive for innovation.
Has experience in a veterinary setting and excels in managing operations, staff, and client relations.
Is dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring top-quality care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Operations
:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including business activities, financial management, and inventory control.
Manage hospital software and maintain AHAA documentation for upcoming re-evaluations (next review in 2026).
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive practice growth and efficiency.
Client Relations
:
Promote a client-centered approach to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Resolve client concerns and handle financial matters, including delinquent accounts and special financial agreements.
Human Resources
:
Lead recruitment efforts, hire and manage support staff, and organize regular performance reviews.
Develop and maintain employee handbooks, job descriptions, and personnel files.
Ensure staff are trained, supported, and have opportunities for continuing education.
Facility Management
:
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the hospital facility.
Coordinate safety and security procedures to ensure the hospital is a safe environment for staff and clients.
Marketing & Growth
:
Drive internal marketing initiatives to increase client and patient visits.
Develop and promote public relations campaigns to attract new clients.
Team Building
:
Maintain a positive, cooperative team environment and motivate staff to perform their best.
Lead by example to build morale and uphold the hospital's core values and standards.
What We're Looking For in You:
Experience
: Proven leadership in a veterinary practice setting (Veterinary Practice Manager experience required).
Education
: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) certification a must.
Skills
: Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
Technology
: Experience with EzyVet.
Languages
: Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and have reliable transportation.

Pay: $48,820.45 - $80,000.00 per year
