As Medical Director, you will lead and collaborate with:

A talented team of emergency clinicians and critical care specialists A full-time Veterinary Social Worker supporting staff and client wellbeing Skilled technicians and support staff with a strong tech-to-doctor ratio A compassionate leadership team that values transparency, development, and support

About the Role:

As Medical Director, your responsibilities will include:

Providing medical leadership and strategic guidance for the hospital Collaborating with the Hospital Director to ensure smooth, high-quality operations Mentoring and developing doctors to maintain clinical excellence and strong morale Leading medical quality assurance, training, and continuing education efforts Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinarians and support staff Championing a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement

This is a full-time role, structured to allow for a blend of clinical practice and administrative leadership--with the flexibility and support to succeed in both.
