is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Airbnb Property Assistant to oversee the daily operations of vacation rentals in Santa Fe, NM areas. This Airbnb Property Manager position will entail various different roles ensuring the smooth running of all properties. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Property Manager Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

- Visits to home to confirm checklist and evaluate for repairs needed

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of household maintenance and repairs

- Tend to minor fixes around the homes as needed

- On-call for errands/ items requested by guests

- Provide personal assistant support to the owners, including managing tasks remotely using software channel manager

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all properties at all times

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors

- Respond to messages on Channel Manager in timely manner and delegate tasks

Requirements:

- Must be willing to work weekends

- Must have 3+ years experience in Property Managing or Airbnb/Vacation rental managing

- Must be tech savvy with using apps and computer channel managers

- Must have own transportation and live close

- Strong organizational and administrative skills

- Excellent time management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, guests, and vendors

- Ability to problem solve and find resolutions quickly

- Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred

- Must pass simple background check

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Schedule & Pay:

- Pay: $15-$20/hour

- Schedule: Monday through Sunday 8am - 8pm - flexible as needed approx. 5-20 hours per week depending on guest bookings approx $100-$200 per week - Part-Time work
