We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. We are a small company specializing in turnovers for short term rental properties (ie. VRBO, AirBnb,etc). We are looking for a self motivated, trustworthy person preferably with residential cleaning or hotel experience. We work primarily in Columbus, Starkville and Tuscaloosa and we can tailor you work load for your availability.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to maintain a pristine appearance. Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services. Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Utilize proper sanitation techniques to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients. Assist with carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and methods when required. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards in cleaning practices.

Requirements

Previous experience in residential cleaning Familiarity with vacation rental practices and housekeeping experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
