TCC Management owns and operates 110 manufactured housing communities (mobile home parks) and recreational campgrounds (RV parks) across the United States. We are seeking a talented Utilities Specialist to work with our Director of Internal Operations overseeing utilities and bill back operations, such as analyzing monthly readings and charges as well as bill back capture rates and analytical ability to discover issues and problems, resolving those issues and ensuring company standards for capture rates are being met. Location Preference will be given to candidates who can commute to Lapeer or Rochester Hills, Michigan but partial or fully remote roles will be considered for exceptional candidates.. Responsibilities:
  • Work in a busy evolving company structure.
  • Routinely analyze monthly imports and reports for accuracy
  • Review formulas and ensure they match municipal rates
  • Data Entry
  • Prepare and maintain records and operating systems.
  • Interact with coworkers, Metron and municipalities to solve problems.
  • Perform a variety of clerical tasks, such as word processing, scanning, creating spreadsheets, creating letters, and e-mailing documents.
  • Answer questions or address team needs in a friendly manner.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits:
