ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Act as the first line of support throughout the organization for technical issues.
  • Identify issues by managing incidents in the organization\'s ticketing system and regularly review tickets for updates and information, as necessary.
  • Maintain internal documentation including user training, maintenance schedules, security alerts and other information relevant to the organization.
  • Act as the asset manager by ensuring all assets are appropriately identified and controlled in a centralized system.
  • Manage remote inventory levels for hardware support to ensure business continuity in the event of hardware failure.
  • Provide end-user training for software, hardware, processes, business systems and other IT-related situations as necessary.
  • Manage and refresh hardware on-site for each location as necessary.
  • Perform go-live support for new locations including hardware setup, network setup, security baselines, information storage, introductory training and other activities.
  • Assists users by answering questions and providing support in a timely manner.
  • Provides problem resolution, reassigning or escalating advanced inquiries to appropriate technician or staff.
  • Records data required to analyze problems and track them to final solution.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
  • Maintains knowledge of technical innovations, trends, and best practices; makes recommendations for new software and hardware.
Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Preferably at least three years of experience working with IT systems in a corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Employee may be required to lift and carry approximately 25 \xe2\x80\x93 75 lbs. as needed. The employee will spend approximately 70% of the time sitting, 10% standing, 10% walking, 10% stooping, climbing and kneeling.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work all scheduled hours as needed, including after hour emergencies as needed and ability to work between multiple locations. If usage of employee\'s own vehicle is required for company business, employee must obtain appropriate insurance per Company Policy. Employee must be licensed and able to operate vehicle in accordance with state law. Must have a valid driver\'s license with an acceptable driving record from State Motor Vehicle Bureau.
