SGGG Fund Services (U.S.) Inc. is seeking a proactive and service-oriented

Onboarding & Client Success Associate

to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Growth, U.S.A, this role is integral to the growth of SGGG-FSI, U.S.A., with responsibilities ranging from client onboarding, and due diligence, to CRM system maintenance, and general administrative support.



We welcome applicants from the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT).



As a valued member of our Client Success team, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of our USA operations. Including our diverse client base and the many fund types that SGGG-FSI U.S.A. supports. The range of services that SGGG-FSI provides will be similar to that of SGGG-FSI Canada, and includes fund accounting, investor services, financial statement preparation, audit preparation, tax services, and more. This knowledge will enable you to effectively guide prospective and new clients through our sales and onboarding process.



The ideal candidate will be skilled in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including the C- suite, and liaising with both internal and external departments.

Core Responsibilities


Assist the Head of Growth, U.S.A. in managing and executing the new client onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition and exceptional client service Support marketing initiatives such as organizing events, targeted e-mail campaigns, and preparing SGGG-FSI white papers Prepare client proposals, presentations, service agreements, and other sales-related documents Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner Monitor client satisfaction, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to enhance the client experience Maintain effective working relationships with our client's third-party service providers, including but not limited to: lawyers, prime brokers, Operational Due Diligence firms, custodians, audit/tax providers, etc. Proactively engage in business development initiatives outside core responsibilities to strengthen and expand the SGGG US brand presence



Qualifications - Required


Post-secondary education in a relevant field 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, client-service, or operations within the financial services industry Strong Microsoft Office skills Clear and fluent communication skills (written, verbal) Ability to work independently and thrives in a fast paced and remote environment Exercise good judgement at all times, knows when to escalate matters Superior communication and interpersonal skills Excellent client service skills Strong attention to detail



Nice to haves


Based in New York City or nearby regions (tri-state area), with availability for occasional in-person collaboration and event participation. Proficiency in graphic design and familiarity with design tools to create compelling marketing materials. Experience in brand marketing, with a strong understanding of content creation, including graphic design, social media posts, blogs, and other promotional materials. Willingness to travel up to 10% annually
