Urgently Hiring Entry Level Medical Assistants for one of Connecticut\'s largest Healthcare Systems!

This role is fulltime with perks that include benefit options, 401k, weekly pay, and growth potential.

Location: New London, CT

Description:

Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19

Room patients

Perform measuring and recording of patient\'s vital signs including height, weight, blood pressure & pulse

Record patient information and reason for visit in EMR system

Perform certain diagnostic tests such as EKG and assist physician with certain medical procedures, as needed

Collect, label and route specimens according to standard procedures

Prepare patient records prior to visit by ensuring that required lab results and documentation are entered in the medical record for practitioner review

Ensure all patients needs and questions are answered, as well as communicated with physician

Compensation between 17- 20$ per hour based on experience and certifications

Qualifications:

Must have 6 month+ of experience working in a medical office with both clinical and administrative duties

COVID-19 vaccinated (at least 2 doses)
