Job Description

Our architecture firm is seeking an experienced Architectural Urban Land Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of urban design and planning, and a proven ability to create comprehensive and sustainable plans for urban and suburban areas. Their main objective is to ensure that urban spaces are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop comprehensive plans for urban and suburban areas
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for development
• Develop site plans, master plans, and other planning documents
• Participate in community engagement and public meetings to gather input and feedback on proposed plans
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to integrate their designs and plans into the overall plan
• Ensure that all plans are in compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and other relevant standards
• Provide support to project managers as needed
• Conducting feasibility studies to assess the economic viability of proposed development projects.
• Ensuring the development projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Candidate\'s Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor in Architecture or Licensed Architect
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in urban land planning and design
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and other relevant software
• Knowledge of zoning regulations, building codes, and other relevant standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus
