As part of our Underwriting Operations team, you will directly impact our business on a daily basis, protecting Cigna\'s sound financial position which enables us to meet our financial commitments to our customers.

The Enablement & Operations Senior Analyst role will be responsible for client implementation and contracting for renewing and new sales Commercial clients.The role\'s main focus will be client implementation which includes pricing set-up and contract approval responsibilities. Other functions may include ensuring data repositories are updated in a timely and accurate manner, improving capture of key data elements, and accuracy of intended pricing into systems. The Senior Analyst will ultimately perform tasks related to set-up and ongoing maintenance of client pricing implementation, with a focus on improving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The Senior Analyst will be required to gain in-depth knowledge of the PBM Industry and Express Scripts specific implementation methods.

What you\'ll do:

• Responsible for renewing and new sales client implementation and ensuring downstream partners set-up the pricing correctly
• Responsible for reviewing and approving client agreements to ensure the contract is in alignment with the implementation.
• Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure the implementation is in alignment with the offer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree preferred
• 0-3 Years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Ability to make good and timely decisions by interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Innovative and creative mindset to drive process efficiencies for the organization
• Strong motivation to persevere despite challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability with Microsoft Office and Excel

Additional Details

• This role is Flex/WFH which allows most work to be performed at home or on occasion at a Cigna office location.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 52,100 - 86,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
